Yesterday, on 8th Septemebr 2016, our leaders in Bangalore met the PA to Minister Shri Ananthkumar and discussed the arrangements for the Special conference  to be held on 18th September in Palace Sheesh Mahal, Palace Grounds  Bangalore.   

It is confirmed that Shri Ananthakumar has fixed our conference as his first programme  for that day and he will arrive at our venue any time after 10.30 AM.  He will be with us for some time.

We must assemble at 10 AM without fail.

The proceedings should be conducted in a very systematic, businesslike manner.  Time can not be lost at all.

Welcome speech, Key Note address, Greetings, President's address etc. everything should be brief.

More  time will be consumed for felicitating Shri Ananthkumar.
Then we must give enough time to him to speak.
That is more important.

Arrangements are being made for stay  for the comrades coming from other stations.  Those details will be be conveyed to you all very soon. Please wait for the information.

I seek your cooperation in conducting the conference in a very systematic manner.
