அருமை தோழர்களே ,
இன்று நம் கோவை மாவட்ட AIBSNLPWA  சங்கத்தில் இணைந்துள்ள தோழர்களின் விபரங்ககளை வெளியிடுவதில் பெரு மகிழ்வெய்துகிறோம். இன்று இணைந்துள்ளவர்களுடன் நம் கோவை மாவட்ட சங்க உறுப்பினர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 

-ஐ எட்டியுள்ளது. தமிழ்மாநில மாநாடு துவங்குவதற்கு முன் நம் எண்ணிக்கையினை 800 ஆக உயர்த்துவது என்று  உறுதி பூண்டுள்ளோம். 800 என்பது எட்டி விடும் தூரம்தான் உங்கள் ஒத்துழைப்பிருந்தால். 
இது ஒரு கூட்டு முயற்சி . வாருங்கள் தோழர்களே புதிய சாதனையை படைத்திடுவோம்.

இன்று இணைந்தவர்கள் பெயர்கள் முறையே  தோழர் A .ஆண்ட்ருஸ் , தோழியர். T .தமிழரசி , தோழர் M தேஜர் , தோழர். V.R.  ரகுபதி மற்றும் தோழியர் தேவகி மருதை .

குறிப்பு : தமிழகத்தின் அனைத்துப் பகுதிகளிலிருந்து மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொள்ள வரும் மகளிர் சார்பாளர்/பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு மாநாட்டு அரங்கிற்கு மிக அருகிலேயே தங்கும் அறை வசதிகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

திரு .G.ராமசந்திரன் ,கோவை  தொலை தொடர்பு மாவடட முதன்மை போதுமேலாளரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (ஓய்வு ) இன்று நமது AIBSNLPWA COIMBATORE ல் ஆயூட் கால உறுப்பினராய் (மொத்த உறுப்பினர் :764) இணைந்துள்ளார்.அவரை கோவை மாவட்ட சங்கம் இரு கரம் கூப்பி வரவேற்று மகிழுகிறது.

கோவை மாவட்ட AIBSNLPWA ல் இன்று ஆயூட் கால உறுப்பினராய்  இணைந்த திரு C.ராஜாமணி (இளநிலை தொலை தொடர்பு அதிகாரி- ஓய்வு)  அவர்களை அன்புடன் வரவேற்கிற்து கோவை மாவடட சங்கம்          .(மொத்த உறுப்பினர்கள்: 765)

திரு S.ராஜன் ("துணை பொது மேலாளர் அலைபேசி பி எஸ் எஸ் ஓ ஓய்வு இன்று நமது AIBSNlPWA கோவை கிளையில் ஆயூட் கால உறுப்பினராய் இணைந்துள்ளார். அவரை மாவட்ட சங்கம் அன்புடன் வரவேற்கிறது.                        (மொத்த உறுப்பினர் :766)

அருமைத்தோழர்களே ,
வணக்கம். மீண்டும் உங்களை சந்திப்பதில் பெரு மகிழ்ச்சி எய்துகிறேன். சற்று தாமதமாக சந்திப்பதற்கு சிந்தையில் வருத்தம் கொள்கிறேன்.
வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிகு ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் ஜூன் மாதத்திலும் , மாபெரும் தர்ணா ஜூலை மாதத்திலும் நாடு தழுவிய அளவில் வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்திக் காட்டினோம்.
நமது சங்கத்தின் தீர்மானம் மற்றும் காவல்துறை அனுப்பிய ரிப்போர்ட் நிர்வாகத்திற்கு நல்ல செய்தியை கொண்டு சென்றுள்ளது , அதன் விளைவாகத்தான்  medical allowance வழங்குவது சாத்தியமாயிற்று.தமிழகம் முழுவதும் நம் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் பேரெழுச்சி அனைவரையும் ஆச்சர்யப்பட வைத்துள்ளது. சுமார் 250 தோழர்களுக்கு மேல் கலந்து கொண்ட கோவையில் நடைபெற்ற தர்ணாவில் 120 க்கு மேற்பட்ட மகளிர் கலந்து கொண்டு  தர்ணாவை வெற்றி பெற செய்தமைக்கு கோவை சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக நன்றியினை காணிக்கையாக்குகிறேன்.
அனுமதி வழங்க சற்று காலதாமதமானபோது சேவை சங்கம் NFTE  துணை நின்றதுவும் சுமார் 50 க்கு மேற்பட்ட அந்த சங்க உறுப்பினர்கள் நம் ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பு செய்ததுவும் சிறப்பு வாய்ந்ததாக அமைந்தது.
தர்ணா பந்தலில் 12000/- ரூபாய் வசூல்  ஆனதுவும், 12 புதிய உறுப்பினர்கள் ஆயுட்கால உறுப்பினர்களாக நம் சங்கத்தில் இணைத்துக் கொண்டதுவும் நம் அனைவருக்கும் பெருமை சேர்க்கும் நிகழ்வு.  ஆகஸ்டு திங்கள் 7 மற்றும் 8 தேதிகளில் மலைக்கோட்டை நகராம் திருச்சியில் நடைபெறவுள்ள தமிழ் மாநில மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொள்ள பெயர் கொடுத்துள்ள தோழர்கள் 7ஆம் தேதி காலை 10-00 மணிக்கு முன்னதாகவே திருச்சிக்கு வந்து விடவும். அவ்வாறு வரக்கூடிய தோழர்கள் முன்னதாகவே செயலாளரை தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும்.
KYP படிவத்தை நம் சங்க அலுவலகத்தில் பூர்த்தி செய்து கொடுத்துக்கொண்டு வருகிறோம். இப்பெரும் பணியில் மாவட்ட செயலர், மாவட்ட பொருளாளர் மற்றும் சில மாவட்ட நிர்வாகிகள் பணியாற்றுவது போற்றுதற்குரியது. 750 உறுப்பினர்களைக்கொண்ட நம் கோவை சங்கத்தில் சுமார் 300 படிவங்கள் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இது வரை KYP படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து கொடுக்காத தோழர்கள் உடனடியாக சங்க அலுவலகம் வந்து அந்த படிவத்தைப் பெற்று பூர்த்தி செய்து கொடுக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
Medical allowance , Medical bill , புதிய Medical allowance குறித்த தகவல்களைப் பெற மாவட்ட செயலரை தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும்.

WE WELCOME THE LETTER FROM BSNLEU

Com. P Abhimanyu, GS of BSNLEU has written a good letter to Sh. Narendra Modi, the Prime minister demanding pension revision for BSNL retirees. He has correctly pointed out:

1.BSNL retirees are also covered by CCS (Pension ) rule 1972.Other central government pensioners governed by the said rule got pension revision; but it was denied to BSNL retirees.

2. II PRC report was implemented and pay was revised in the case of BSNL Executives in February 2009. Thereafter the benefit of II PRC were granted to Non executives in wage revision in May 2010. But the benefits were not extended to BSNL retirees then. (Means: Even if wage revision takes place pension revision is not automatic). So, do not link Pension Revision with Pay Revision.

3.Denial of pension revision is denial of justice.

In today's Dharna more than 250 members participated. Cobs Shari ST. CO, Sivagama Sundari of Coimbatore, DS. B. Arunachalam, SSH former NFTE All India office bearer, UTK and others spoke..More than 50 NFTE Members under the leadership of com. Roberts.  DS raised slogans in support of our Demamd.

ORGANISE THE DHARNA ON 18-7-2018 WITH VIGOUR

Dear Comrades.

As the next stage of our struggle programs, organize massive Dharna at SSA headquarters to press our demand for pension revision with effect from 1-1-2017 granting the fitment benefit suggested by Seventh CPC for central service pensioners in India. That is the only correct demand. We only raised the correct demand at the right time. Now, Our MTNL retiree comrades are also with us in full spirit. We move together with hope.

PRC has not suggested any formula for pension revision. Where as, CPC has suggested a formula for pension revision.

Joint forum of MTNL Retirees and AIBSNLPWA demand delinking of pension revision from pay revision. Delink it from PRC in total. Delink it from the fiscal performance of BSNL and MTNL. Because, Government of India is paying pension. For that Govt need not depend upon the financial condition of BSNL/MTNL.

The Demonstration programme on 20-6-2018 had its impact. There is some visible change in the attitude of authorities. Small; but significant. By end of July 2018, our demand …. only our demand …. will be forwarded to Department of Pension. It is only a small advancement. We have to do a lot in coming days. Step by Step. No step goes in vain. It requires a policy decision at the highest level. So, send the resolutions to Prime Minister and the Minister for Pension.

Please organize maximum people on 18-7-2018. I know weather is not good at many places. But, we have faced all types of weather in our life.

                          BSNL  MRS  Without Voucher 

                             Order Issued

MRS: WITH VOUCHER CEILING

BSNLMRS; WITH VOUCHER SCHEME: ANNUAL CEILING: QUANTUM IS REDUCED

On 11-7-2018, Corporate Office of BSNL has issued an order for taking 78.2% IDA instead of 68.8% for calculating yearly ceiling of entitlement for reimbursement of outdoor treatment with voucher. While IDA is raised from 68.8% to 78.2% for the purpose, the entitlement is reduced from 25 days to 23 days in an year.

Result: If the basic pay of an employee is Rs. 10000 per month, the entitlement was Rs 13874 till this time. it is now reduced to Rs 13475. Net reduction of Rs 399 per year. The change is from 1-4-2018. It is applicable to Retirees also.

REGARDING WITHOUT VOUCHER AND QUARTERLY ALLOWANCE, NO DECISION IS GIVEN SO FAR. 

Dear Comrades,  

Up to so far we were receiving our pension from banks/Post offices every month. But now DOT has instructed ALL CCAs to credit pension payments directly to their pensioners bank accounts from CCA OFFICE itself and have instructed to stop the existing practice of engaging banks CPPCs in this regard.

Accordingly CCA TN has released a KYP FORM (KNOW YOUR PENSIONER) and asked all pensioners  to fill up that form and send to their office immediately. This is mandatory. NOT OPTIONAL.

All pensioners have to give this form duly filled in to CCA OFFICE.  A model copy of KYP form has been attached below. All District Secretaries are requested to take print outs and distribute to their  members.  It can not be sent through email or whatsapp because the pensioner/family pensioner has to attach xerox copies of birth certificate, PAN card and  Aadhaar cards. 

Before filling up the form please read it carefully. All District Secretaries are requested to illustrate and assist their members and check whether they had filled the form correctly. All datas of individuals will be updated in their system. Any wrong entry may cause problems.
