The term definition for TEAM applies opt for Coimbatore. The District Unit has hired a hall well in the center of town. If Kovai rains or shines, at least three or four members assemble there. If any member or any of our colleague comes there with some grievance they try to redress it . If the grievance is big one, immediately they ring the District Secretary and hand over the case to him. That is all . The grievance would be wiped out soon and the concerned person would either join as our member or promises to join. In Coimbatore District Unit all are Life Members.
On 23-06-2017, the strength of the unit was 600. But on 24-12-2018 that is with n a span of 18 months, the total membership has reached a magical  number of  900 . All our Kovai comrades are working hard to achieve the Elite 1000. 
One day before 2018 Independence day That is on 14-08-2018 it stood at 800. One day before 2018 Christmas, that is on 24-12-2018 the total strength is 900. May we expect one day before 2019 Tamil New Year day that is on 13-04-2019 Coimbatore would attain the great grand total of 1000.
