The Format for submission of Grievance is furnished below. The Last date to send Grievance with relevant Documents is on or before 21-05-2019 .

பின் குறிப்பு : PPO  வை எடுத்து செல்வதில் சிலர் மாறு பட்ட செய்திகளை பரப்புகின்றனர். சிலரது பி பி ஓ வில் பழைய எண் தான் இருக்கும் ஆனால் ரிவைஸ்ட்டு எண் தேவை. இது 78 .2  சத ரிவைஸ்ட்டு பென்ஷன் ஆர்டரில் புதிய ரிவைஸ்ட்டு PPO எண் இருக்கும் .எனவே ரிவைஸ்ட் பென்ஷன் ஆர்டர் பேப்பரை எடுத்துச் செல்லலாம். நம் ID யில் இருப்பது சிலருக்கு பழைய PPO எண் தான் இருக்கும். அவர்கள் மீண்டும் வீட்டிற்கு வந்து PPO வை எடுத்து செல்ல வேண்டிய கட்டாயம் இருக்கும். எனவே ஒரே முறை சென்று காரியத்தை முடித்துவிட்டு வீடு திரும்புவதே சாலச் சிறந்ததாகும்

Birth day function of this month was celebrated in a grand manner in our office. 18 of the 79 April born members participated. Senior most (1944 born) member started cake cutting. Totally about  65 members partcipated . Two new life members have enrolled. Coms. B. Arunachalam ACS, R.Thiruvenkatasamy  District Secretary , Kotiappan, Pulavar, CPalaniswami CVP. and others spoke on the occasion.
 

We whole heartedly welcome our comrades who have joined our association as Life Members.

Dear Comrades,   Good afternoon. Based on the information gathered from Circle Office, there is a likely hood of Fund flow till June 2019 and thereby further  medical payments will also be made .Hence, All District  Secretaries are requested to verify with Accounts section that bills submitted by our comrades are passed by competent authority and kept ready for payment .

As and when Fund received, payment would  be effected.

 Regarding Medical allowance , Order available only for 1st and 2nd quarter of 2018-19 . Payment for these quarters are being made now only. If further fund received, Medical allowance payment has to be made for the remaining 2 quarters also. Even for that sanction has to be kept ready for payment at SSA level. This information is applicable for STR and STP also.

Dear Comrades For medical bills payment a sum of Rs 4.5 Crores has been allotted. Medical bill payment pertaining to all SSAs have been credited . Hospital in patient treatments, out patient treatments,  MRS with voucher and without voucher for about 8000 cases will be cleared. No last date for clearance is fixed. Kindly check your bank accounts.

GS meets Smt Anuradha Mitra, Member (F), DOT

Today (4-4-19) , I met Smt. Anuradha Mitra , Member (F) along with Coms. Changappa CS and Ganeshan CT at BANGALORE in the office of CCA KTK.

At the outset, I Congratulated her for having launched the SAMPNN successfully . While giving a good feedback from the Pensioners who are getting Pension directly from CCA including sending SMS etc. we expressed still our concern about a) getting form 16 and b) giving Life Certificate. Smt. Linda DDG Accts. explained regarding Digital Life Certificate and Form 16.

Member (F) assured that required care will be taken so that no Pensioner will be put to any difficulty.

OTHER ISSUES DISCUSSED.

1). Family Pension case of Smt. Manonmani, Thanjavur.She assured that action will be taken to settle it immediately.

2) Arbitrary reduction of LPD of those in the scale of 2550-2750 by CCA TN.

She told that a policy decision has to be taken.

3). Grant of minimum Pension of 9000/-

She told that for this also a policy decision has to be taken.

We requested her to do whatever is required from her side.

Finally I requested her to take initiative to solve our PENSION REVISION issue from 1-1-17. She told that this is in the domain of Member (S). When she was mentioning that DOP&PW hasn't taken any decision still, I explained the actual position and made over the copies of our letters to Secretary, Pension on 14-12-18, to JS , Pension on 12-2-19 and DOP&PW letter to DOT on

8-3-19.

We made out a point that DOT Establishment section is not taking the required action. In DOT, if anyone feels that the hike given to us at the time of absorption and according to 2nd PRC is to be adjusted in future revisions , we will not allow it. We should continue to draw higher Pension for all the times to come.

At the end, we requested her to take the initiative as the CUSTODIAN of BSNL/MTNL Pensioners in DOT and sort out our PENSION REVISION issue at the earliest.

Today extra increment case came before the division bench. Our lawyer effectively argued and wanted a final order. DoT lawyer informed that  they are awaiting for a clarification from DoT and our present stand is not final one. So, the case stands adjourned to 24/4/2019.

Later, outside the court room, DoT lawyer informed our lawyer that they are trying to help you only.

Most likely final judgement may come on 24th April.
