As already informed our case for pension revision was filed before Hon PB CAT Newdelhi on 10/9/2020.
Our lawyer Shri Gautam Narayan informed few minutes back that the case is admitted today and notice was received by Shri Kaushik, counsel for respondents. The case is posted to 18/11/2020.
The first step is over and let us hope to win the case.

Our lawyer has informed us today on 10-09-2020 at 7.40 pm that OA is filed virtually for PENSION REVISION with 7th CPC fitment factor.
It is filed before PRINCIPLE BENCH , CAT, New Delhi by AIBSNLPWA   and GS Com P Gangadhara Rao has signed the petition on behalf of our CHQ in representative capacity.
Three more affected pensioners are included as petitioners.
Details will be given after its admission. Request you to have patience till such time.

ஓய்வூதியர்களின் மருத்துவ பாதுகாப்பு.

நமது பொதுச்செயலர் தோழர் கங்காதரராவ் அவர்களின் அறிவுறுத்தலின்பேரில் ஹுப்ளி கிளை தோழர் NR பார்கர் கிளை செயலர் மற்றும் N K  காந்தி கவாட் கிளை அமைப்பு செயலர் ஆகியோர் மத்திய நாடாளுமன்ற துறை அமைச்சர் மாண்புமிகு பிரஹலாத் ஜோஷி அவர்களை சந்தித்து , நம் ஓய்வூற்றோர் மருத்துவ வசதிகளின் மீது BSNL நிர்வாகம் கொண்டிருக்கும் எதிர்மறை போக்குகளை விளக்கினார்கள். மெடிக்கல் reimbursement க்காக ஓய்வூதியர்கள் அனுப்பியுள்ள பில்கள் இன்னமும் sanction ஆகாமல்  தேங்கியுள்ளன மற்றும் காலாண்டுக்கு ஒரு முறை வழங்கப்படும் மெடிக்கல் அலவன்ஸ் கூட கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக வழங்கப்படவில்லை .BSNL நிர்வாகம் ஒய்வூதியர்  மீது ஒரு எதிர்மறை உணர்வுடன்  யாரோ கொடுக்கும் அழுத்தத்தின் பிரகாரம் நடந்து கொள்கிறது. CMD அல்லது HRD  இயக்குனரை சந்தித்து இந்த விபரங்களைக் அவர்களது கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டு வர எங்கள் உதவி பொதுச் செயலாளர் முயன்றும் , சந்திக்க முடியவில்லை என்றோம் .  

நாம் கூறியவற்றை அமைச்சர் மிகவும் பொறுமையுடன் கேட்டு நம் மனக்குறைகளை நன்கு புரிந்து கொண்டார் .தான் டில்லி சென்றதும் இது விபரமாக BSNL இடம் பேசுகிறேன் என்றார் .அமைச்சர் 

கூறியதை வரவேற்ற நாம் , நமது உதவி பொது செயலாளர் தோழர் கௌல்  அவர்கள் அமைச்சரை இது குறித்து பேச வருவார் என்றோம் . அமைச்சரும் தோழர் கௌல்  அவர்களை சந்தித்து தேவையான நடவடிக்கை செய்வதாக உறுதி அளித்துள்ளார்கள்.
