ஓய்வூதியர்கள் உந்து சக்தி
AIBSNLPWA கோவை மாவட்ட ஓய்வூதியர்களின் சங்கம் , அதன் உறுப்பினர்களின் ஜூன் மாதம்  பிறந்தவர்களின் பிறந்தநாளை கனிவும் பாசமும் கலந்த உபசரிப்புடன் வரவேற்று தோழமையுடன் கொண்டாடியது.  
நிகழ்வு கோவை  CTO அலுவலகத்தின் முதல்மாடியில் உள்ள சங்க அலுவலகத்தில்  15-6-2017 அன்று காலை 11 மணிக்கு மிகசிறப்பாக  நடைபெற்றது. 
புலவர். திரு . கோவிந்தராஜ் அவர்கள் தலைமை வகிக்க பணி ஓய்வுபெற்ற பொதுமேளாளர் திரு. குருசாமி அவர்கள் முன்னிலை வகிக்க,  அனைவரையும்  மாவட்டசெயலர் திரு. அருணாசலம் அவர்கள் வரவேற்று உரையாற்றினார். நிகழ்வில் 24/81 ஓய்வுதியர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பித்தனர். 
1943ல் பிறந்த தோழர் திரு. ஆறுமுகம் அவர்கள் கேக் வெட்டி நிகழ்வினைஆரம்பிக்க தொடர்ந்து ஜூனில் பிறந்தநாள் கண்ட ழோழர்,தோழியர்கள் கேக் வெட்டினர்.இந்நிகழ்வு அனைவருக்கும் மன நிறைவு அளித்தது. மாவட்டசெயலர் தோழர் அருணாசலம் அவர்கள் அகில இந்திய சங்கத்தின் செயல்பாடுகளை பற்றி விளக்கி கறினார். 78.2% DA நிலைகளை விளக்கியும், மருத்துவ அலவன்ஸ் நடைமுறை தன்மை பற்றியும் உரையாற்றினார்.
பிறந்தநாள் கண்ட அனைத்து தோழர்களுக்கும் நினைவு பரிசு வழங்கியது , சங்கம் உறுப்பினர் மேல்கொண்ட மனிதநேயத்தின் அக்கறையின்  வெளிப்பாடாகவே இருந்தது. நிகழ்வின் இறுதியில் அனைவருக்கும் கேக்,மிக்ஸர்,தேநீர் வழங்கி திரு சிவகுமார் நன்றிநவில கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவு பெற்றது.அந்நிகழ்வின் ஒளி படங்கள்தான்  கீழே   உள்ள பதிவுகள்.

Long Live Young Seniors

Dear Comrades,
Greetings to all. It is heartening to see that daily one or two members are being added to the fold of Coimbatore District AIBSNLPWA Association. It shows the faith , the BSNL Pensioners are having up on us.
Daily our District secretary, Assistant Secretaries, Treasurer and four to five of our comrades come to our office. All remain up to the evening. They assist the comrades who make a visit to our union office in filling up forms, clear their various doubts , Calculate their 78.2% IDA arrears, discuss about our associations's movements to achieve 7th CPC recommendations implemented for BSNL pensioners also. The comrades who come with problems go out with clear ideas.
Thus we serve ..... so we GROW.
On 13th Com. Palanichamy has enrolled as a new life member in our association. We welcome him on behalf of AIBSNLPWA  Coimbatore.

Today (14th June) Com.P Padmanaban a 2009 retiree has enrolled as new life member. We welcome him on behalf of AIBSNLPWA  Coimbatore.

WHY MADURAI IS AT THE                     TOP?

Madurai is the famous Temple City of India with grand old Meenakshi Amman Mandir. Many of you might have visited this marvelous structure, on the way to Rameswaram.

For us, Madurai is special for another reason.

The Madurai SSA Unit of AIBSNLPWA has more than 1500 members!. 600 Life members!!.

District Secretary is Com. G R Dharmarajan, 76 years old. In a very systematic manner he goes to the PGMT office every day without fail, sits in the canteen. Pensioners can meet him there during office hours and discuss any case. He is there to help every one.

Com. Dharmarajan has a good team of seniors to work together. They have collected donation from everybody who got the benefit under 78.2% revision. Madurai SSA Unit has remitted Rs 1,70,000 to CHQ.

I salute the Madurai Team. I appreciate the untiring efforts put up by them in settling the problems of pensioners.

கோடையின் உக்கிரம் சமீபத்தில் பெய்த மழை காரணமாக சற்று தணிந்த நிலையில் உங்களை சந்திக்கிறேன்.
DOT இலாகா CCA அலுவலகத்திலிருந்து 78.2% பணிகள் முடித்து சுமார் 1000 Service Books கோவை SSA க்கு திரும்ப அனுப்பப்பட்டு விட்டன. 78.2 சத நிலுவைத்தொகை வழங்குவதற்கான உத்திரவும் வங்கிகள் மற்றும் தபால் அலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளன. இனிமேலும் கால தாமதத்தை தவிர்க்குமாறு வங்கிகள் மற்றும் தபால் அலுவலக சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரிகளை மாவட்ட நிர்வாகம் சந்தித்து துரிதப்படுத்தி உள்ளது. தபால் அலுவலகத்தில் ஒரு நாளைக்கு சுமார் 20 கோப்புகள் முடித்து வைப்பதாக கூறியுள்ளார்கள் 
78.2 சத fixation உத்தரவு கிடைக்கப்பெறாதவர்கள் சுமார்  50  ஓய்வூதியர்கள் லிஸ்ட் DOT க்கு நம் Accounts  பகுதியிலிருந்து அனுப்பப்படும்.எனவே அந்த பிரச்சினையும் விரைவில் முடிவுக்கு வரும்.
நிலுவை தொகை பெறாத தோழர்கள் முடிந்தால் ஓய்வூதியம் வழங்கும் வங்கிகள் மற்றும் தபால் அலுவலகம் சென்று விசாரிக்கவும், நிலைமையை எடுத்துக்கூறி துரிதப்படுத்தவும்.
மருத்துவ அலவன்ஸ் ரசீது இல்லாமல் பெற உரிய Forms சமர்ப்பிக்க காலக்கெடு 16-06-2017 வரை நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது விஷயத்தில் ஏகப்பட்ட குளறுபடிகள். புதிய ,புதிய ஆவணங்களை கேட்கிறார்கள்.
கணவன் மற்றும் மனைவி இருவருமே வேலையில் இருந்தால் அந்த இலாகாவில் இருந்து No Objection Certificate சமர்ப்பிக்க சொல்கிறார்கள். பல இடங்களில் இதை பெற முடியவில்லை.
ஒய்வு பெற்றவர்கள் MRS கார்டை புதுப்பிக்காதவர்கள், கார்டை தொலைத்தவர்கள் HR செக்சனில் விண்ணப்பித்து புதுப்பித்துக்கொள்ளவும். இதில் சில சிரமங்கள் உண்டு. மாவட்ட நிர்வாகம் AGM /Admin மற்றும் Director /Finance ஆகியவர்களிடம் பேசி மனிதாபிமான அடிப்படையில் தனி மனிதர் பிரச்சினைகளை அணுக வேண்டியுள்ளோம். அவர்களும் ஒத்துக்கொண்டுள்ளனர்.
தோழர்களே மெடிக்கல் அலவன்ஸ் ஏப்ரல் மாதத்தில் இருந்து வழங்கப்படும் என்று BSNL அறிவித்துள்ளது.நாம் பூர்த்தி செய்து சமர்ப்பிக்கும் படிவங்கள் மொத்த தொகை கணக்கிடப்பட்டு உரிய காலத்தில் மேல் மட்டத்திற்கு சென்றால்தான் அலவன்ஸ் நம் கைகளுக்கு கிட்டும். மெடிக்கல் கார்ட் Consolidation பணி நடந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறது. எனவே இத்தகைய துரிதத்தினை கருத்திற்கொண்டு ,இலாகாவுடன் ஒத்துழைக்க வேண்டும். 
AO ஆபிசில் DCRG நிலுவை அதிக பட்சமாக 20 லட்சத்திற்கு உயர்த்தி வழங்க ஏற்பாடு ஆகியுள்ளது
கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் மாதா மாதம் சுமார் 10 to 15 நண்பர்கள் ஒய்வு பெற்றவண்ணமுள்ளனர். புதிய ஆட்களும் நியமிக்கப்படுவதில்லை. எனவே வேலைப்பளு கூடிய வண்ணமுள்ளது. இந்த வேலைப்பளுவை சற்று குறைக்கவும் , பணியை விரைந்து முடிக்கவும் .சங்க வேறுபாடில்லாமல் 5, 6 முத்த தோழர்களை உதவிக்கு அளிக்க மாவட்ட சங்கம் தயாராக இருப்பதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளோம். மற்ற சங்கங்களும் இந்த யோசனையினை பின் பற்றினால் இலாக்காவிலிருந்து பெறக்கூடிய வசதிகளை விரைவு படுத்தலாம் 
ஓய்வூதியர்களிடையே cadre பாகுபாடு , சங்க வேறுபாடு , வயது வித்தியாசம் , ஓய்வூதிய ஏற்ற இறக்கம் போன்ற மாச்சர்யங்கள் ஏதுமில்லை. வயதான காலத்தில் வசதிகளை அவர்களுக்குப் பெற்று தந்தால் அவர்கள் பதிலுக்கு உரைக்கும் வார்த்தை " Thanks " இது ஒன்றே நம்மை மிகவும் பலப்படுத்தும் மாமருந்தாக.அமைகிறது .
தோழர்களே / தோழியர்களே  ஒரு முக்கிய அறிவிப்பு 
அடுத்த வாரம் 16-06-2017 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை கோவை மாவட்ட செயற்குழு கூட்டப்பட்ட உள்ளது. pension அதாலத்திற்கு  கொடுக்கப்பட வேண்டிய பிரச்சினைகள் , மாவட்ட அளவில் தீர்க்கப்படாமல் தேங்கியுள்ள தீர்வுகள் இன்னும் பிற விஷயங்களை தீர்மானிக்க பட உள்ளது .
சுமார் 400 - 500 ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு மருத்துவ அலவன்ஸ் படிவங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்து கொடுத்து, E 1, . E 2 நிலுவைகள் பெற்றவர்களுக்கு ஓய்வூதியம் Revision பெற முயற்சி, 78.2 சத நிலுவை கணக்கீடு மற்றும் பல சேவைகளில் கால நேரம் பாராமல் கண் துஞ்சா பணி முடித்த அத்துனை தோழர்களுக்கு மாவட்ட சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக நன்றி கூற கடமைப்பட்டுள்ளேன் .நாம் இவ்வாறு உதவி புரிவதால்தான் தினந்தோறும் 2 அல்லது 3 புதிய உறுப்பினர்கள் நம்மோடு இணைகிறார்கள்., 78.2 சத நிலுவை பெற்றவர்கள் நன்கொடை அளித்தும் வருகிறார்கள்.
மிக முக்கியமாக ஏழாவது சம்பளக்கமிஷன் பரிந்துரைகளை BSNL ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கும் நீட்டிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற நம் நியாயமான கோரிக்கையை பெற மிகவும் அரும்பாடுபட்டு வருகிறோம். இதையும் வென்றெடுப்போம் என்று உறுதியாக நம்புகிறோம்.
புதிய உறுப்பினர்களை சேர்ப்போம் , சங்கத்தின் நிலையை உயர்த்துவோம் , பெற்ற சலுகைகளை  அனைவருக்கும் பொதுவாக்குவோம் . மன மாச்சர்யமின்றி எல்லா ஓய்வூதியர்களையும் ஓரணியில் இணைப்போம் . ஒற்றுமை ஒன்றே நம் பலம்

Queries about 3^rd PRC Recommendations

CMD has mentioned  that 2 lakh pensioners pension revision directly linked to 3rd PRC  implementation. What does it mean ? Is he taking care of retirees?

Expert Comment:   3rd PRC is nothing to do with pension revision of public sector pensioners.   The terms of reference to it is also not mentioned about pension revision.  There is no pension revision to any public sector pensioner except BSNL Pensioner. It has finished its job. Our case is a typical case. 

  CMD can fight for pay revision of BSNL employess only.  he has not connected with pension revision of BSNL Pensioners.  we are now DOT Pensioners in IDA Scale. DOT only is the authority to revise our pension

I want to site one past example.  BSNL employees were agitating when 78.2% IDA merger was not given to them.  During 2013  BSNL wrote a letter to DOT approving the demands 1. 78.2 IDA merger for employees and 2.  pension revision to BSNL pensioners according to 78.2%  IDA merger.   DOT replied to BSNL to remove the 2nd recommendation and send a fresh recommendation   saying that it can not ask or recommend 78.2 IDA  pension revision to ensioners.    BSNL then removed that class and sent a fresh proposal to DOT  without mentioning about pensioners.   That is the real situation still persists.

Shri Anupam Srivastava, CMD of BSNL has told union leaders that he would resign if he fails to get approval for wage revision.  He has written a good letter to DOT also.
